Do I need a lock for my unit?

Yes, units will be unlocked and it will be your responsibility to provide your own lock.

How do I rent a unit?

We provide an easy online process.  Create an online account, pick your unit, sign the rental agreement and pay online.

We will receive an email notification of your rental and do our best to unlock your unit within a couple of hours.  As a courtesy, we will also email you letting you know your unit has been unlocked.

If you need more immediate access please email or call us and we will do our best to accommodate you.

What size units are available and what's the price?

We offer a variety of units to meet all your storage needs at a competitive price.  All details are available under the ‘Rent Storage’ Tab.

I’m not sure what size unit I need.

We can help with that too!  View the details under the ‘Rent Storage’ tab as there is a description for each unit size and examples of what it can hold.  If you are still unsure, give us a call or email us and let us know what you are storing to see how we can help.  We can also schedule time to meet you and show you a storage unit if that will help. 

How do I pay each month?

We find that the most common payment is debit/credit card.  Once you enroll online with your unique username and password and enter a debit/credit card there is the option to enable RECURRING BILLING.  This activates autopay each month so you do not need to do anything.  Your debit/credit card will be charged only the balance due, each month, on your specified due date.  It's that EASY!
